Do we need to sign for the shipment?
You do not need to sign for the shipment.

What are the delivery times?
We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. The average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country.
My order hasn't arrived on time or seems to be lost, who should I contact?

DISCOUNTS AND EXCHANGES
Can the current discount be applied to an order that has already been placed but not yet delivered?
No, we do not offer price adjustments on orders placed outside of a promotional period.
Can I return an item purchased on final sale and which items are eligible?
No, it is not possible to return an item purchased on final sale, that is, all items with a discount of 30% or more.
I ordered the wrong size (I ordered the wrong item) during a promotional period, and it has now ended. Can I get the discount on my new order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We do not make any changes to orders. However, we can cancel an order if processing has not yet begun. Please contact us at contact@herlye.com as soon as possible.
Where is my order confirmation?
The order confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of payment. Please check your spam or junk mail folder as it may also be there.

In what currency are the prices in your store listed?

How can I cancel the order?

Can I make an exchange?
We firmly believe in the quality of our products. That's why we offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee (excluding return shipping costs).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us and we will refund or exchange your product (the decision is yours), up to 30 days, no questions asked.

What is the waiting time for an email reply?
